Microsoft has just added support for Google Calendars to Microsoft 365. The move is part of Microsoft’s plan to improve remote worker’s Worf/Life balance by allowing them to plan around their personal appointments. Both personal Outlook.com and Gmail calendars are supported. Microsoft says other people who can see your business calendar will be able to. The Google Calendar app helps you spend less time managing your schedule and more time enjoying it. Available on Android, iPhone and iPad. Import the Google Calendar into Outlook. To export Google Calendar to Outlook, you’ll first need to export it from Google Calendar itself. Open Google Calendar on your desktop. Google won’t let you export the calendar from its app. Press the cog icon in the top right corner then select “Import & export” from the menu on the left. In the Calendar subscription dialog box, paste the link that you copied in step 4. Also, enter a unique name for the calendar such as 'iCloud work Calendar', and click Save. Clean pc of viruses. You should see the iCloud calendar listed under Other calendars in Outlook on the web. When you have the same account added on Outlook for Mac, this subscribed calendar will also appear in Outlook for Mac calendar.

Outlook for Mac sync direct to Android
Direct sync with mobile devices bypasses cloud services like Google. Simply select the type of device you have from the Settings menu. You will be asked to download our DejaOffice mobile app to your device. DejaOffice now features a Direct Sync option so you can use the Phone Contacts and Calendar. Use your phone's built-in Contacts and Calendar apps. Or choose to use DejaOffice CRM that will hold key Outlook fields for Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, and Categories. Here is an Android setup guide.
